In his spare time, he tries to keep fit running and cycling.Earthtime is an award-winning charity, accredited by the Forest School Association, connecting children and young people with the natural environment using creative and woodland based activities to improve self-esteem, health and well-being.Įarthtime’s core social purpose is to improve lives and outcomes for families and young children in Moray through spending time outside in nature – exploring, protecting, enhancing and enjoying the natural environment. In addition, Ed also sits on the board for two local charities – Earthtime for All and Outfit Moray. Ed also manages and runs his family Estate at Duffus which includes a holiday letting and hospitality business. This work has included property valuation, rural estate agency marketing and selling, and compensation claims work for flood and major road infrastructure projects. I am currently involved in providing alternative curriculum provision in a local secondary school and very much enjoying the new and different challenge. He also participated in the HIE Strategic Leaders Programme in 2021/22.Įd is involved in a wide variety of work for both managed Estates and private clients. He qualified as Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2009 and is a Registered Valuer on the Valuers Registration Scheme (VRS) and has also gained the Level 6 Award in Residential and Property Management (Scotland) as required to act as a Letting Agent. Sarah Anderson manages the offices and ably assists all staff.Įd joined Peter Graham & Associates LLP in 2012 following 5 years working with Davidson & Robertson Rural in the Central Belt. Teresa is assisted by Julie Hill and Ashleigh Leith. Teresa Leith joined the firm with an HND in Accountancy to provide book keeping for our management clients and other local small businesses. Teresa, Ed, Fiona, Lizzie and Emma have all gained their Level 6 Award in Residential and Property Management (Scotland) in order to enable us to act as registered Letting Agents. On 1st August 2013 Peter Graham and Associates opened an office at Avoch in Ross-shire which is managed Lizzie Campbell.Įmma Fletcher joined the firm as a Property Manager in April 2023. All of our Chartered Surveyors are also Registered Valuers under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme. Fiona MacLeod joined the firm in January 2018 as a graduate and successfully passed her APC to become a Chartered Surveyor in May 2020. Ed Dunbar is a Chartered Surveyor who joined the firm in November 2012. Peter Graham and Teresa Tait are Chartered Surveyors each with over 30 years experience.
